Many individuals and couples come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or substance use. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help. I specialize in working with adults and couples to uncover the underlying causes of their struggles while addressing the issues impacting their lives today. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based and experiential therapies, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodrama, Post Induction Therapy (PIT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This allows me to tailor treatment to the unique needs and goals of each client and couple. I received much of my clinical training and experience at The Meadows, a nationally recognized treatment center specializing in trauma, addiction, and relationship healing. I genuinely care about my clients and am passionate about helping people create meaningful and lasting change. I am an Arizona licensed counselor with counseling Compact privileges to practice in Ohio. Arizona: In-person/Telehealth available. Ohio: Telehealth only.
